Shunfeng Sichuan Distribution Centre Industrial Park - Cold Storage Renovation Project

SF Sichuan Distribution Centre Industrial Park is the first logistics industrial park project built by SF Holding Group in Sichuan, which is less than 5 km away from Shuangliu International Airport, and is a comprehensive modern logistics industrial park integrating intelligent sorting, intelligent warehousing, and land-air intermodal transport. The project's total investment of about 500 million yuan, a total construction area of about 160,000 square metres, mainly the construction of fully intelligent sorting centre, e-commerce warehousing, integrated R & D service building and life supporting engineering facilities, consisting of three warehouses and two supporting buildings.

SF has a large number of business site layouts in Sichuan Province, and millions of express shipments need to be collected and dispersed for sorting and transit distribution every day, which puts great pressure on the logistics site, and has high requirements on the ground, which not only has to meet the gravity brought about by the large amount of goods stacking, but also has to satisfy the needs of the heavy-duty machinery's rolling and travelling tyre marks, and the long-time low-temperature-resistant ground of the cold storage.

Project construction area: 13000.00 square metres, freezer floor curing penetration surface layer selection of SpecChem sodium-based curing agent, penetrating sealant is a non-combustible material, colourless, odourless and non-toxic, and through the international LEED certification, green environmental sustainability; can be resistant to black tyre marks, and effectively prevent the infiltration of other impurities such as oil and dirt, the use of the longer the harder the denser and the higher the brightness of the surface.
