Dongpeng Beverages (Changsha) Base

The Changsha Base Project is Dongpeng Beverage Group's first major investment since its listing and marks the company's eighth production base nationwide. Covering an area of approximately 120 acres, the project involves high-standard, high-start design and construction with a total investment of 600 million RMB, aiming to achieve an annual output value of 1 billion RMB. The goal is to create a new, modern smart factory to meet the growing market demand in Central China.

The Dongpeng Beverage Changsha Base integrates regional headquarters office, production and sales, and logistics distribution. The flooring system requirements are high and vary across different areas. The construction area is 70,000 square meters, with the following flooring solutions:

Non-production Areas: SpecChem's diamond-hardener flooring system is used.

Production Areas: SpecChem's polyurethane mortar flooring system is employed.

Building Exterior Walls: SpecChem's architectural coating system is applied.
