The "Centro de Arte Roma" in Porto, Portugal, was designed by Spaceworkers. The centre was designed by Spaceworkers and the wall and floor protection materials were supplied by SpecChem (USA), using the SpecChem fair-faced concrete system. aspp Engenheiros, Lda was in charge of the overall project. The centre is now a landmark together with the city square and the Senhor dos Aflitos church.

The art centre is a typical fair-faced concrete building style, using simple and plain concrete and stone, with black, white and grey as the main colours, which is calm and low-profile, yet not losing the atmosphere and solemnity. The building is a blend of styles from different eras, which is both modern and reminiscent of Romanesque architecture.
