Fenghuang Mountain Sports Centre, located in the Jinniu District of Chengdu, is the core venue for the 31st World University Summer Games and the main venue for the 18th Asian Cup in 2023 in Chengdu, hosting top professional events. The Phoenix Hill Sports Park consists of "one stadium and two halls", including a 60,000-seat professional football stadium that meets FIFA standards, an 18,000-seat stadium that meets NBA standards, and a multi-purpose hall with a capacity of 3,000 spectators that can be used as a training ground.
