Universal Beijing Resort, located in Tongzhou District, Beijing, is Asia's third and the world's fifth Universal Studios theme park. The resort includes seven major themed areas, 37 ride attractions and landmark spots, 24 entertainment shows, 80 dining options, and 30 retail stores. Covering over 4 square kilometers, the resort is developed in phases: Phase 1 covers 159.57 hectares, and Phase 2 covers 165.83 hectares. The second phase will feature a theme park incorporating Chinese elements, including Chinese culture and IPs like Sun Wukong. Phase 3 will include the construction of a water park.
To ensure smooth operation, Universal Beijing Resort has three large parking areas. The main parking garage within the resort consists of 6 floors with 6,540 parking spaces, including over 400 electric vehicle charging stations on the basement level, making it the largest single parking structure in Beijing. The garage utilizes SpecChem's inorganic monolithic flooring system, while the ramps are equipped with SpecChem's acrylic non-vibration anti-slip ramp system.
