August 2018 SpecChem Masterclass - Wuhan Station

       2018 is a year of SpecChem Company's endeavour and the opening year of Specmasters Specmasters training session, in order to improve the management level and promote the further improvement of the product application technology level within the company and its partners, Specmasters Specmasters Season 2 started in Wuhan Famous City of Central China on 22-23 June 2018, and about 100 partners attended the two-day training.

At the training meeting, the company firstly made a technical training mobilisation and development plan display, and then led everyone to review the history of the new ten-year strategy of SpecChem from three aspects: positioning and function, function setting and corresponding authorisation at all levels, and target management.

2018 is the "year of progress" of SpecChem Company, but the company's rapid development can not be separated from the efforts of people. The steady and far-reaching development requires a large number of co-operators who keep abreast of the times!

Mr Li Chaoqun, vice president of the company, opened the first lesson of the training session, explaining in detail the application scope of various products in the product system of SpecChem. Mr. Li made a detailed analysis and explanation on the grade division of the demand for flooring in the society and the product category division of the demand for flooring preferred by different industries.

The training was divided into two parts, theory and practice, the products involved in the SpecChem Concrete Monolithic Flooring System, Resin Flooring System, Architectural Wall Coating System, Concrete Repair Protection and Sealing System, which provide a full range of system solutions for the garage, automotive, electronics, food and commercial polished concrete fields. Based on the application of the products, we also invited the distributors and partners of SpecChem to share the construction programme and analyse in detail the matters that need to be paid attention to during the application of the materials.

SpecMasters has already taken a big step forward with the SpecMasters Tour. Next we will organise SpecMasters training sessions in Southwest, Northwest and North China, and we hope that more people can join the SpecChem family.
