Donglai Coating Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is a joint venture of TOP WAVE GROUP LTD in China, integrating European capital, global talent, and technical resources to provide products, value-added services, and complete coating solutions for automotive coatings, fluorocarbon coatings, and high-performance plastic industrial coatings for the global market. The main building of this project covers an area of 6,300 square meters and is dedicated to the production of BMW automotive paints, with an estimated annual output of 50,000 tons of refinish paints and a total investment of up to RMB 70 million.

The project utilizes the SpecPU solvent-free polyurethane self-levelling flooring system, which combines new solvent-free, water-based, and non-polluting ground construction technology to create a floor that fully meets the production requirements of BMW automotive paint workshops. Emphasizing corrosion resistance and wear resistance, the flooring system allows for rapid construction and quick deployment, making it particularly suitable for various light industrial workshops, high-intensity logistics channels, and other applications requiring non-slip, anti-corrosion, and wear-resistant flooring coatings.
