Beijing Urban Vice Centre Administrative Office Zone Southeast Cluster Section II

The construction of the Beijing Municipal Administrative Center (BMAC) is proposed to adjust the spatial pattern of Beijing, manage the big city disease, and expand the new space for development, as well as to promote the synergistic development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and explore the optimal development mode of the densely populated and economic areas. The planning scope is the former Tongzhou New Town planning and construction area, with a total area of about 155 square kilometres. The peripheral control area, namely, the whole area of Tongzhou is about 906 square kilometres, which in turn radiates and drives the synergistic development of Langfang Beisanxian area.

It is reported that the second phase of the administrative office area office plots include two major clusters: the southeast cluster of four bids and two bids in the village of Liuhe.
